Aboriginal and Indigenous Studies in Education

Admission Requirements:

Applicants must meet the admission requirements of the Department of Sociology and Equity Studies in Education (SESE) at OISE/UT.

Program Requirements:

Individual student programs must meet the requirements of the home department and the Aboriginal and Indigenous Studies in Education specialization. A minimum of 3 courses must be taken in the Aboriginal and Indigenous Studies in Education specialization (click on Course Descriptions below). Students who choose to work in this specialization and who are required by the department to complete a comprehensive examination, Major Research Paper (MRP), Qualifying Research Paper (QRP), thesis or dissertation may be supervised by faculty involved in the specialization.
